Mafia Tattoos
There are different mafia tattoos for the different criminal organizations in the world. Each of these organizations have mafia tattoos that contain specific elements and have a specific meaning. Some of the mafia tattoos that can be seen today include Sicilian mafia tattoos and Russian criminal tattoos. Russian criminal tattoos often include such symbols as barbed wires, daggers, executioners and spiders. Each of these symbols have a particular meaning to this culture and the use of any of these symbols can be punished by death.
Barbed wires generally mean that the person has a life sentence. Daggers through the neck generally announce that the person is a sex offender. Executioners mean that the person has been convicted of murder and spiders indicate that the person has served time. If a person is considering getting one of these mafia tattoos, then they should do so with a lot of caution. It is considered an insult by many criminal organizations for a person to get one of these designs if they are not a part of the organization. This insult can result in the injury or death of the person bearing the tattoo falsely, so it might be best to avoid these designs altogether. |
