Script Tattoos
Script tattoos are loved because of they often are very ornate and have a personal style that compliments any collection of body art. A lot of people get them to show respect to a certain individual or to express a very personal feeling. Other people however, add script tattoo designs to large pictures in order to enhance them. When used in this way they can have a very striking and dramatic effect. A lot of the script tattoos that you see out there are pretty simple, but there are elegant pieces that show only the letters themselves.
These often are composed of words such as “faith”, “love”, or “peace”. Other people like to add quotes that they feel they have a personal connection with. These script tattoos often quote song lyrics, bible verses or quotes from famous people. Script tattoos are often done to enhance more elaborate pieces. This is often done for memorial pieces or portraits and say things such as “dedicated to the memory of” or “in loving memory”. They also add names, dates and other vital pieces of information to the finished piece. Script tattoos used in this way have a very appealing style. |
