In this image we have two guys standing back while they show off their very serious sleeve tattoos. These guys weren’t messing around when they got these. These tattoos represent many, many hours of sitting in a chair and enduring the pain of getting a tattoo. But that’s okay because that’s part of the fun of getting one. Anything really worth having has a bit of a price attached to it and that is a big part of the price of getting a tattoo.

In general sleeve tattoos take a lot of work and a lot of precision to do as well as these two have been done.

Both of these sleeve tattoos appear to be primarily made up of tropical fruits and vegetables. And that in itself is a bit odd. Nearly most all sleeve tattoos I have seen over the years were Japanese or tribal influenced and most all of them included some sort of dragon into the artwork. But not these. I guess you could call both of these sleeve tattoos vegetarian tattoos. There’s no meat, just plants. But I have to admit that they look very good.

Here is another really cool looking sleeve tattoo. This is a design that is based upon traditional Japanese tattooing and features a Koi fish as it’s main element. I think that the colors in this sleeve tattoo is very impressive. The fish is brightly colored in many shades of red and the black highlights around the gills makes it look like it has depth. It sort of gives it a three dimensional element that really stands out when your directly facing it. Another thing that really strikes me about this sleeve tattoo is the water.

It’s not really a naturalistic depiction of an actual river current but it’s actually what I would call an impressionistic version of water. See how the waves curl out in an exaggerated fashion? And the color of the water is impressionistic as well. The water in this river is green. While it’s certainly plausible that water in a river could be green, it wouldn’t be a light jade color like it is in this sleeve tattoo. It just doesn’t happen. All things considered this has to be one of my favorite sleeve tattoos that I have seen inked in the Asian styles. It’s bold, bright and very beautiful.

I went to an ink show at the memorial auditorium in Fresno last week and this hot blonde chick had a tattoo sleeve that looked so sexy on her. It was from her shoulder to her elbow and it had all these bee’s flying around the nest with the queen bee the main character of the tattoo sleeve. It was outstanding and the girl was wearing gold jewelry that made the whole tattoo look totally wicked.

I asked her where she had gotten her tattoo sleeve done and she told me down in Visalia at a small tattoo parlor on the out skirts of town. I don’t know the artists name, but whoever it was did a great job for her.

She gave me her number and said if I was ever interested in getting my own tattoo sleeve done just give her a call when in Visalia, and she would set me up with the artist. I am still thinking about it, but I know I will go ahead and do it for sure after the summer is over with. Going to have to save up some money for the tattoo I really want and that’s going to take me working hard all summer long.

When you go get your sleeve tattoo you have a huge number of different designs and motifs to choose from. Let’s take a quick look at the most popular ones. By far, the most popular types of sleeve tattoos are tribal sleeves. These take large tribal tattoo designs and spread them out over the large canvas of the sleeve or full sleeve. These are often very popular ideas for guys as the bold strong black lines of a tribal design can look pretty cool.

You are thinking about getting tribal sleeve tattoo design then you want to carefully consider the culture and the style you want. Many of the native cultures have very developed tattoo designs that have been carried over into modern tattoo art. For example, you can get a Maroi Tattoo design or possibly a Hawaiian tattoo design. The second popular design to be done in a sleeve tattoo is the Celtic Knot motif. Celtic knot work tattoos often lend themselves to tattoo designs very well. The intricate nature of the interwoven knot work could make a beautiful tattoo design. This tattoo sleeve is a wondrous work of art. But, it is probably one that cost this person a pretty penny. So, if you are considering a tattoo sleeve, you will need to bear in mind the cost of such a large tattoo and be prepared to pay the price. These types of tattoos do not come cheap and of course the larger and more intricate the design the more you should expect to pay for it. In fact, a full sleeve tattoo can be priced anywhere from a few hundred to one or two thousand dollars.

And you must remember that due to the nature of these types of tattoo, you will have to arrange more than one sitting, multiple sessions will be needed to see the completed design. A full sleeve tattoo can take between 20 and 30 hours to get done and for a tattoo of this size and complexity your tattoo artist will usually break up your sessions into 1 hour appointments. Making the commitment to get a sleeve tattoo is a big decision. It will take a lot of money and plenty of time in the tattoo chair before it is complete, especially if you would like a full sleeve tattoo. But you must never rush into getting one, instead, make sure the design you want is carefully worked out and planned and choose a skilled and talented tattoo artist as they will be able to help you with all the preparation of your tattoo sleeve.

Look at the tattoo sleeve in the picture. It’s a very nice design that has a good flow to it. But, not everyone who gets one of these is so lucky. A tattoo sleeve design is a huge choice, but it can also be one of the hottest designs and placements there is if you are able to find a great one online. The thing about it is that locating the quality artwork on the internet can be just about impossible these days, with many people going to the point of settling for generic tattoos they are not 100% happy with.

Well, here are some critical things you must know before choosing something, as well as how to get straight to the good stuff. If you are like most people who are looking for a tattoo sleeve design online, you know how great they can look. You also know that the web is filled with so much generic artwork and it is hard to sift through all of it. What you may not know, and what may happen to you, is that many people end up settling on generic tattoos and designs that they are not 100% in love with. No sane person should ever so this, but they do, which is a shame. I stress the word "settle" because that is exactly what this is, and for something as permanent as a tattoo sleeve design, that is not a good thing.

You ever see those huge body builders that have great tattoo sleeves and when they flex their muscles the tattoo’s seem to come to life. I wish I had those muscles but since I don’t I will have to make due with tats that make my arms come to life. I think I will have the artist use a lot of black and silver in my tattoo sleeves since I am a big time raiders fan.

That would look cool seeing me at a raiders game drinking up a few brewskies showing off my new tattoo sleeves, heck I might just use the Raiders name somewhere in my tattoo sleeves. It would probably have to be in small letters so it didn’t just look like a Raiders tattoo. I just want to make it a very small part of my tattoos.

I know the babes always love black and silver if its done right. Put a little silver helmet on the back of my elbow with raiders on it. I wonder if any of the raiders players have any tattoo sleeves, that would be interesting to find out. I think I saw one of the guys from last years defensive team that had some pretty hot looking tats.

If you knew me personally then you would know that I’m a huge fan of sleeve tattoos. Ever since I was very young I always wanted to have sleeve tattoos inked on both my arms. I really like how they look and to be completely honest, I think that they are pretty cool. Another thing that you would know about me, if we were personal acquaintances is that I’m not a real big fan of tribal tattoos. And I think that’s because these have been so overdone in the past few years that I’m actually quite bored with them.

But, this tribal sleeve tattoo is a little bit different. For one, it’s just not your run of the mill tribal design. No, the person had the foresight to add two additional elements to the design. The first thing they added to this sleeve tattoo is a grim reaper in the center of the design. The second thing that they added is some elaborate lettering alongside the tribal design. I can’t make out what it says but it does look really nice. These two elements takes this sleeve tattoo from being just another ordinary tribal design to something that really stands out. Plus, you gotta love it because it’s a sleeve tattoo!!
