Sports Tattoos
The meaning behind sports tattoos is pretty simple. It conveys the pride in a person’s favorite team or a particular sport. Sports tattoo designs are worn by a myriad of different people from different backgrounds. These include the hardcore fans, a person who loves to play the game and those who want to show support for their team or game. Anybody from eighteen to eighty-two can wear a sports tattoo with pride. The people who uses a sports tattoo to show their support in a particular team will usually get a representation of the team’s logo or mascot.
For instance, a Cardinal baseball fan might get the familiar two bats crossed together with two cardinals resting on them. A Chicago fan, on the other hand, might choose to get the familiar “C” in a circle that is the logo of the team. Those who get a sports tattoo to show their love for a particular sport will usually have something inked that is representative of the sport in question. A hardcore football fan might get a football tattooed on his back, a baseball fan might get a bat tattooed and a hockey fan might get a hockey stick or puck tattooed on them.
